What is HR Outsourcing and is it really a good idea?

 

The answer to the first question really depends on who you ask and the answer to the second question is – it depends of how you measure your success criteria.

Outsourcing of so called operational functions has commonplace – HR Outsourcing is no different as many companies see it as a way to save money.

If you do think that HR Outsourcing will save you money – we’d advise that you spend considerable time assessing how you measure cost – Outsourced HR support does NOT necessarily save you money.
