Operating in more than 40 countries worldwide and from more than 20 office locations across the globe, their business sector is subject to constant change. 2012 saw changes in the UK and European operations based in London. A management restructure was introduced to deliver improved services to customers. Not having an HR department CXC Global sought to partner with an organisation that would not only ensure that they were following the correct legal process, but would help to implement and manage the change programme.

I had been Managing Director of one part of our European Operations for some time and following a re-organisation of some of the senior management team was asked to expand my role and to integrate another division into my team.
People have always been one of the most important aspects of my organisations and I am proud of the way that I (and my managers) have supported and guided our employees. The integration of another business into ours provided a very different challenge as my new employees had been working in a different type of environment and had been managed quite differently.
